Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, with potential delays during holidays. A tracking number will be sent via email. If you have not received a tracking number within a week, contact us at sales@theseoddbones.com. Fulfillment is Monday through Friday only.

Shipping speeds:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after carrier receipt (orders placed on Friday ship Monday).

I haven't received my order:

If your tracking status shows in transit without updates, contact the carrier directly and provide the tracking number in your email.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges for U.S. orders are accepted within 14 days of purchase (30 days for items bought in November and December). Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

My discount code doesn't work:

Only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order. Discount codes do not apply to sale items.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

To cancel or edit an order, contact chris@theseoddbones.com immediately. Changes are not guaranteed.

What are your hours?

Customer service and fulfillment are available via email:

  • Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 4:00 PM (PST)

  • Closed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
